Hi,

I'm Cathy Nicksy and, along with my husband, own Almost Home Dog Boarding. Our main goal here is to make your dogs stay as fun and stress free as possible

We have been boarding dogs for six years. At Almost Home, it's important that your dog gets along with other dogs because it is an open concept, "No Cages Here".

There is a large six foot fenced yard, so everyone stay safe inside. Your dog is able to come and go as it pleases. There are couches, chairs, dog beds and colour TV in a large heated living room. Making your pets' stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a walking trail through the bush if this works for your dog. I also make home made dog food from chicken, brown rice and vegetables grown in my own garden. Just a little goes on food from home to make it taste just a little better. There are discounts for extended stays as well as multiple dog families.

I believe it is important to find your niche in life and I believe I have found mine.
